About Syni
With more than 7+ years of teaching experience, I have worked with students of all ages and backgrounds, from school children to college learners and working professionals. I focus on creating a learning experience that is both enjoyable and effective.
My teaching methodology emphasises clarity, patience, and personalised instruction. I carefully assess each student’s level, goals, and learning style, and design lessons that develop strong fundamentals like finger technique, rhythm, note reading, and hand coordination. I also integrate music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to build well-rounded musicianship.
Lessons are interactive and creative, often incorporating songs, improvisation, and practical exercises to make learning engaging. I guide students to develop confidence, consistency, and disciplined practice habits. My ultimate aim is to cultivate not only technical skill but also a love for music that lasts a lifetime.

Creativity is a core element of my approach. Students are encouraged to improvise, compose, and explore different musical styles, helping them develop artistic confidence and a unique musical voice. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and learning preferences, fostering a productive and enjoyable environment.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This comprehensive methodology develops technical skills, expressive ability, and musical understanding. My aim is to guide students to become confident, creative, and lifelong musicians.
