About Remi
With 13 years of piano teaching experience and over 300 students taught, I bring passion and experience to my lessons. I teach high school learners, college students, and adults who want to enjoy playing piano while improving steadily.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity, comfort, and steady progress. I believe in making learning simple and encouraging, so I break down each concept and use easy examples to help students understand quickly. I also adapt my lessons to match each student’s goals.
I teach scales, chords, finger technique, rhythm, theory basics, sight-reading, and expressive performance. Many of my students have taken part in school functions, completed exams, or learned to play their favorite songs confidently.
My lessons create a positive and friendly environment where students can grow comfortably. My aim is to help every learner discover their potential and enjoy the process of learning music.

My approach to teaching Piano focuses on communication, adaptability, and real-life musical connections. I make sure students feel understood, supported, and encouraged at every stage. Before planning lessons, I observe how students learn—whether through visual cues, listening, or hands-on activities. This helps me design lessons that meet their needs and help them progress smoothly.
Besides Piano, I also teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight-Reading, Rhythm Development, Chord Progressions, and Improvisation Basics. These subjects help students understand the full picture of music. I use real-life examples from classical, pop, and film music to show how these skills appear in actual songs. By connecting concepts to real music, students learn faster and enjoy their practice more.
I include small case studies from well-known musicians and performance situations so students can learn from real experiences. Lessons are structured but flexible, allowing room for creativity and personal expression. I communicate clearly, check understanding often, and give feedback that boosts confidence. My goal is to help students become self-assured musicians who enjoy learning and playing.
