About Ibrahim
I'm a cyber security professional who broke into the industry at 20 and progressed to a Senior Security Engineer role at 21, without a university degree. My journey has taught me that getting into cyber security isn't always about having the traditional qualifications — it's about developing the right skills, gaining practical knowledge, and understanding how to position yourself in a competitive industry.
I want to teach because I know first-hand how overwhelming it can feel when you're trying to get started, especially when you're unsure which skills to learn, which certifications are worth pursuing, or how to secure your first opportunity. I want to make that journey easier for others by sharing the knowledge, experience, and practical advice I wish I'd had when I was starting out.
My aim is to help aspiring cyber security professionals build confidence, develop their technical abilities, and create a clear path towards their career goals.
