About Mark Ramniel

Hello! I’m Mark Ramniel, a BS Information Technology graduate and an experienced ESL teacher with a diverse professional background in education, customer service, communication, and administrative work.

Throughout my professional journey, I have worked as an ESL teacher, livestreamer, and service crew member. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, confidence in speaking English, patience, adaptability, and the ability to interact with people from different backgrounds and personalities. I also completed 500 hours of On-the-Job Training at a Business Permit and Licensing Office, where I gained valuable experience in handling documents, assisting clients, performing administrative tasks, and working in a professional office environment.

My experience in different fields has taught me how to communicate clearly, listen carefully, remain professional, and adapt my approach depending on the person I am working with. As an ESL teacher, I understand that every student has different learning needs, goals, and levels of confidence, so I make it a priority to create a supportive and comfortable environment where students can learn without being afraid of making mistakes.

I can help students improve their speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, and everyday English communication. Whether you are a beginner learning English from the basics, an adult looking to improve your communication skills, or an advanced learner who wants to become more fluent and confident, I will adjust my lessons to suit your needs and goals.

I believe that learning English should be practical, engaging, and enjoyable. With my combined experience in teaching, customer service, livestreaming, and administrative work, I aim to provide lessons that are not only educational but also useful in real-life situations.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is friendly, patient, and student-centered. As an experienced ESL teacher and a BSIT graduate, I combine clear communication, practical examples, and interactive activities to make English easier and more enjoyable to learn. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and expressing themselves freely.

In a typical lesson, I begin by getting to know the student’s current level, goals, and areas that need improvement. We then work through the main lesson using conversations, vocabulary exercises, pronunciation practice, grammar activities, reading, and comprehension tasks depending on the student’s needs. I also encourage students to actively participate rather than simply listen, so they can gradually develop confidence in using English in real-life situations.

What sets me apart is my combination of teaching, communication, technology, and customer-service experience. My background has taught me how to communicate with different types of people, remain patient in challenging situations, adapt to different learning needs, and maintain a positive learning environment. I also understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style and pace according to their comfort level and objectives.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, advanced students, adults, and students who simply want to improve their conversational English.
