About Naman
Hi! I’m a FY CSE (AI/ML) student with practical experience in the gym and a strong passion for fitness, muscle strengthening, functional training, and cross-training.
During my time at the gym, I had the opportunity to help and guide several clients with their workouts, exercise techniques, training routines, and overall fitness goals. This experience taught me how to understand different fitness levels and adapt exercises according to individual needs.
