Hello Everyone, I'm Laxmi Jangid Assistant Professor in Management and Commerce, in jaipur University. Basically I taught to students according to their ability to grab it. I don't pressurize them to do it har and fast. When students mind is free they can cover the course in 1hr rather than to complete in week. Its all depends on practical based guidance and solution giving to the students so they can hold the knowledge in their mind from long last. I know how to mold the students according to the situations and their requirements for the particular topic. I love to interact different students. Because their is different state of mind students so it's show newness in every single student. How they catch, how they communicate, how they interact with teachers. I don't like to be baised with students because i know the capability of students they can done according to their mind set beliefs.
