I have been taking classes with Sean for almost a year. I really like his method, because we discuss interesting subjects that encourage me to speak. This collaborative style helps me gain confidence in my English speaking abilities. While at the same time, he guides me in a gentle way through my mistakes and the correct pronunciation. Sean knows how to make the class fun and pleasant, while also being professional and managing our time well. I have learned more with him in a year than I did in years of traditional classes with non-native teachers.

I have been taking English classes with Sean since 2017. I was working in an international company and felt the need to improve my English with a native teacher. As I travel a lot, I decided that online classes were better for my routine, since its easy to connect anywhere. Sean is a great teacher and shares interesting articles about different subjects (culture, politics, etc.) with me. Every class we discuss an article and I learn new words. My main focus is on improving speaking and listening skills. He always corrects me when I make mistakes. I really like the way he teaches. Class is productive, interactive and dynamic, An hour goes by very quickly. I highly recommend him.

This is not my first time taking private English classes, but this is the first time I have felt confident speaking English. Sean’s classes feel like a conversation with a friend, so sometimes I forget how much I’m learning. We start with a little conversation about general subjects, then we discuss the article or video that he sent to me.
