About Samuel
I have been dedicated to gymnastics, street workout, and overall physical fitness for the past 10 years. After mastering advanced bodyweight mechanics and calisthenics, I shifted my focus to traditional gym training over the last two years. This hybrid background allows me to combine the strict body control of gymnastics with the raw strength building of the gym. I am passionate about breaking down complex, intimidating movements into achievable steps and helping you unlock what your body is capable of doing.
