My name is George and I’ve been a trainer for 4 years.
I specialize in calisthenics however I have a background in traditional strength training and athletic conditioning.
I have a degree in Biomedical Sciences which I pair closely with my fitness experience and knowledge which I will use to get you to your best self

Students should take lessons with me because they will be able to understand the basics all the way to advanced movements.
They will also be able to progress easily when they have a supporting trainer with experience.
That supporting trainer will be me.
Not only will you get knowledge on strength and conditioning I take things beyond that. You will have knowledge on nutrition and active lifestyle management.
