About Olivia
I have experience in teaching students for 11+, GCSE and A Level examinations. Working with students of varying cognition types has been key; I have experience working with students with learning difficulties such as Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism and can teach those with SLCN or DLD needs. I have held assemblies for motivation and to promote learning technique (mainly in secondary schools and grammar schools), and this motivational speaking proves effective as schools report students not only using my techniques to aid their cognition, but achieving better results within a matter of weeks. I have taught drama classes to a range of ages, helping students with not only traditional educational values, but additionally aiding development of confidence and personal skills that are essential within the education process.

My lessons will entirely depend on the age and cognition style of the student. I am a strong believer that education should be tailored to the individual. Past papers and attempting questions (both individually and with guidance) are key for confidence building, knowledge accumulation, understanding what the examination boards require and allowing for learning by mistakes. I believe that my tuition will offer not only the academic standards that are required to meet the curriculum, but will also assist the student with the moral, social and personal development that could be considered secondary to examinations and grade ascertainment in the current education system.
