About Sofie
My name is Sofie, I am a trained TV technician and have worked in the media industry for almost ten years. In addition, I work as a comedian and improvisational actor. I have been doing this since 2017.
Next to the work, I have a small online biks which I call Improhuset, where I write tips and tricks from my experiences with my passion and my profession as a performer and communicator.

Together we spot what fear mechanisms fill you and what you can do to take control of the negative thoughts again. I help you with your presentation, text or creative project as your supportive side coach.
Through exercises from improvisational theater and coaching, we practice together and develop your personal presentation technique and performance. We focus on authenticity, presence and strengthen your special abilities as a creative communicator so you never have to fear a spotlight - on a stage, in front of a camera or in communication with a larger audience at all.
