About Chidinma
I’m passionate about postnatal weight loss because too many women are left to figure it out alone after childbirth.
There’s so much pressure to “bounce back,” but very little real guidance on how to do it safely and sustainably.
I want to be that support system—to guide mums step by step, helping them regain strength, confidence, and control over their bodies again.
