About Helen
Gigging across Australia for 12 years led me to share my voice with others. I hold a Diploma of Music and have nurtured the growth of 391 students during my career. Singing is an extension of the soul, and I help hobbyists and absolute beginners find their unique sound with confidence. My background in the Latin music scene informs how I teach rhythm and phrasing to kids and adults alike. Through my training, I translate complex techniques into simple, joyful acts of expression. I look forward to hearing your story through song.

Vocal freedom starts with letting go of your fear. Pitch control is often more about listening than it is about muscle. I use my 14 years of experience and my JMC Academy training to guide you through microphone technique and head voice development. We will work on genre styling, from pop to musical theatre, ensuring your vibrato control remains consistent. Absolute beginners and hobbyists find that I prioritize comfort while we extend your range. I offer a free trial lesson to check your current range and goals. Singing is the most human way to connect with the world.
