About Maude
With 8+ years of experience as an ESL tutor, I help students from school to college develop fluency, confidence, and a strong command of English. My teaching philosophy combines structure, creativity, and adaptability to deliver lessons that are interactive, engaging, and effective.
I focus on language development through multimedia resources, real-life scenarios, and interactive exercises, while emphasising communication and confidence. I use innovative methods such as role-playing, storytelling, and task-based learning to help students understand, retain, and apply concepts practically.
Lessons are personalised to each student’s pace, learning style, and goals, ensuring progress while making learning fun and motivating. My ultimate goal is to empower students to use English confidently in academic, professional, and everyday life.
