About Grace
Hello, my name is Grace, and I am an 18-year-old student at Cardiff University studying History (BA). I am passionate about modern and early modern history, literature, language and culture. I love reading, creative writing and analysing texts in a way that enhances learning. I enjoy the challenges and experiences that come with both learning and teaching these subjects. I also have an interest in music and the history of music, as I also did Music at an A-Level standard. I am a dedicated and hard worker and always strive to spread knowledge, as learning and academia are important in laying a foundation for future generations.

My tutoring techniques consist of interactive lessons, making it easier to comprehend difficult concepts. This method of teaching is designed to help GCSE-level students to view English and History in a way that seems manageable. The typical length of lessons I'm interested in giving would be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. My qualifications in A-Level English gave me a deeper understanding of technical linguistics, allowing me to express topics with passion and confidence. My studies in history at university give me the ability to convey my teaching on a higher level. My lessons would be available for students preparing for GCSEs at both levels 1 and 2, for students at any stage of progression from the ages of 11-16.
