I am passionate about helping you get unstuck and get you through whatever you are going through to find your way to the life you are meant to live for happiness and success.
I hold a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management, a Change Management Diploma, I am a certified Leadership Coach, Teacher and Trainer for The John Maxwell Team of Professional Coaches, a Life Coach, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Counsellor, and Career Coach.

My Career Change programme has been developed to help support you on your journey of uncertainty of not knowing what your next career could be or what your next step might be, through to having a clear picture of possible career directions suited to the skills, abilities and competencies you already possess.
My coaching approach provides interesting and engaging exercises, intended to bring out your strengths, creativity and resourcefulness that you have already and put it to good use to help you discover the next step to your career.
Each session lasts a maximum of 60 minutes and a minimum of 12 sessions is required to gain the benefits of the coaching.
The coaching sessions are broken in to three main segments: Explore, Desire, and Goal
1.Explore Phase 1 (4 sessions)
This first segment of the coaching programme takes you through a process of exploring who you are as a person, where you are right now in your life, and where you see and your life going.
During the Explore phase 1, you’ll:
* Explore your values
* Explore your purpose in life
* Explore your strengths
* Explore your interests
* Explore your passions
* Explore your achievements
* Explore what you need to be happy
During the Explore phase 2 you'll:
* dentifying your main work choices.
* Identify your skills
* dentify your motivators
* Identify your strengths
* dentifying your best achievements
* Identify your ideal place of work
* dentify your ideal working day
* dentify what work motivators you need to be happy
By the end of the Explore phase 1 and 2, you will be very clear about all the factors that must be available to you in your new career to be satisfied and motivated. This will become your evaluation chart for any future career ideas or job opportunities.
2. Desire Phase (3 sessions)
This is a very creative part of the coaching programme, where I will support you to generate a selection of possibilities for your new career choices. It’s called Desire because the idea here is to generate as many desirable choices and not be limited by tradition. Once the most desirable choices have been identified, they are then broken down in to bite-size pieces and explored in more detail. They are then finally broken down to three strong possibilities, which will be explored further in the Goal phase, the final part of the programme.
3. Goal Phase (4 sessions)
This is the point of the coaching programme where you investigate your 3 strong possibilities that you produced in the Desire phase. You will review each possibility and decide which one is right for you, and together I will support you to develop a structured action plan you can follow in order to make your desired career become a reality.
