About Carla
I deal with private lessons for two years or so, having started in conjunction with the university. I formed a dozen students, both in group and individual lessons, with different methodologies. The boys were able to overcome the remedial examination, were able to recover the deficiency, and finally, adult learners have been able to improve their level of English.

Degree in Linguistic Mediation and Italian L2. I give private lessons in English, Chinese, Spanish and French, even at home. English up to level C1. Possibility of Italian lessons to foreigners, immigrants, with small sums. Having done internships with foreigners at the Itastra Unipa, the Italian School for Foreigners University of Palermo, I had the opportunity to explore various perspectives relating to various cultures, they both European and non-European, with a focus on learning strategies and acquisition of the Italian language. As for the teaching of Italian as a foreign language, I prefer natural strategies and methodologies based on the centrality of the learner in the learning process; the ultimate goal is a learning process as spontaneous as possible, away from stress, anxiety. As for the language classroom, the method I prefer is the study of valid texts and reworking with appropriate mnemonic techniques, favoring a lasting learning, through the use of a specific notebook, which will follow the progress of the student and of the various topics covered in each case. My specifics are English and Chinese. The interest in the English language comes from an early age, and then transforms into a real passion. I attended the Liceo Classico Ruggero Settimo, language address, and I had the opportunity to participate in some workshops and related courses in the UK, for obtaining the certification B2 and C1.
