About Sterling

With 7 years of teaching experience, I have guided 150 to 200 High School and College students in learning French with confidence and clarity. My teaching philosophy is based on strong fundamentals and continuous improvement.

I believe that when students clearly understand the basics, they can progress smoothly to more advanced levels. I use structured lessons, clear explanations, and practical examples to make learning easier. I also include regular speaking practice to help students build confidence and fluency.

One of my notable achievements is helping students improve their academic performance and develop strong communication skills. Many of my students have shown excellent progress and developed a genuine interest in French. I am committed to helping students succeed.

About the lesson

My teaching approach for French is focused on helping students learn the language in a clear, practical, and confident way. I use real-life examples, everyday conversations, and simple case studies to explain concepts so students can easily understand how French is used in real-world situations.

This helps them build both understanding and confidence in communication. I follow a flexible teaching style, adapting each lesson based on the student’s level, pace, and goals, whether they are preparing for exams, improving speaking skills, or learning for personal or professional reasons.

I encourage collaboration by involving students in discussions, role-plays, and interactive exercises that improve fluency and engagement. I also maintain a compassionate and supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning step by step.

Along with French, I also guide students in grammar, vocabulary building, pronunciation, listening skills, reading comprehension, and writing development, along with cultural awareness to provide a complete and meaningful learning experience.
