About Miguel
I am Miguel and I am 19 years old, I started studying music when I was 8 years old and I have been playing cello since I was 10 years old, I have been part of youth and regional orchestras in El Sistema and since 2021 I am part of the Network of Music Schools of Medellín where I have received classes from the cellist of the EAFIT Symphony Orchestra Carlos Montoya. I am excited by the idea of being able to share my knowledge with other people and show them how to express emotions through the cello.

The classes are totally personalized to the needs of the student. If you are starting from 0 you will know the parts of the instrument, how to hold it and how to play your first notes and basic songs, as well as basic concepts of music theory if you wish, if you have been there for some time and you want to continue improving you will learn technique and control of the bow, left hand technique (agility, tuning, vibrato) and I will suggest a repertoire that suits your level and what you like (classical music or famous songs).
