About Maggie
I am Maggie. I'm 33 and I've lived in several countries.
I love supporting young people with learning.
I play memory games and techniques to booster confidence and foster an enjoyable learning environment and one in which learning is consolidated. The relationship with the student is crucial and my varied experience makes me confident in building and developing those relationships
I have volunteered with young people for several years (Solidarity Sports is one group) and this experience and my teaching qualifications makes me confident and excited to meet you and support you with your learning goals!

Having studied and obtained CELTA, I am qualified and experienced in using immersive techniques, centering the target language to support students to put learning in to practice.
The techniques used in this training are transferable to teaching other subjects.
I can teach 5 year olds to adults and have experienced teaching 1:1s and group classes.
I studied English literature and language at University of Liverpool and mentored 10 year olds with their reading and literacy.
I am a native English speaker.
