About Brendan
Hi, I’m Brendan, a native English speaker from Dublin, Ireland. I’m an English language teacher with a passion for helping learners communicate confidently and naturally in English. I hold a CELTA qualification, a BA and MA in English from University College Dublin, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD in English. I have taught English at Atlas Language School and Erin College, working with students from around the world at all levels (A1–C1). My teaching is grounded in a communicative approach, meaning lessons focus on real-world use of English through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities that are both practical and engaging. I offer flexible online lessons ranging from 1 to 2 hours, tailored to your goals, whether that’s improving fluency, preparing for exams, or building confidence for work or travel. Above all, I aim to create a supportive, enjoyable learning environment where every student feels encouraged to grow and succeed.
