About Eirini
I'm very passionate about coaching and guiding others to achieve their goals, I've been in the fitness industry for over 9 years and have helped over 100+ clients achieve their goals.
I've also competed in 3 powerlifting comps and further education on how to become a better coach for my client.
I love my job and I love seeing people succeed. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing all my clients achieve their goals.
I like to make sure all my clients feel comfortable and safe in my studio and create a safe and fun environment.

- Main focus is to guide you to live a healthier and happier lifestyle through movement.
- F2F sessions run for 45 minutes but have 24/7 access to WhatsApp platform for communication.
- I have worked with over 100 clients helping them achieve their goals.
- Worked with clients to compete in a Powerlifting Competition.
-Currently work with 16 years old +, from beginner to advanced level.
