About Heribert
I’m Heribert, a Physical Activity and Sport Science graduate with a Master’s in Education. I’m passionate about helping people build a healthy and active lifestyle through personalized physical conditioning. My experience as a personal trainer, sports coach, and instructor has taught me that real change starts with understanding each person’s motivations and barriers. I focus on creating enjoyable, effective, and progressive sessions that help you gain confidence, improve performance, and stay consistent.

About the lessons
My first class is an free interview session to get to know you, define your goals, and explain the key principles of physical conditioning.
From the second class, we move into practical, personalized training focused on strength, endurance, and mobility, always adapted to your level and goals.
Teaching approach
I combine scientific knowledge with motivation and clear progression. My aim is to help you build consistency, improve performance, or return safely to sport after an injury.
For who
My lessons are designed for young adults and adults (20+), whether you are:
- Starting from scratch and want to build healthy habits,
- Looking to improve your athletic performance, or
- Coming back from an injury and need safe reconditioning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Science
Master’s Degree in Secondary and Vocational Education
Experience as a personal trainer, sports coach, and group instructor
