About Nakita
Hi friends! Nakita here!
Dance teacher, cat lover, mom, and human body enthusiast! I fell in love with understanding the human body when I was a highly competitive dancer in high school. Understanding how the body works, why it works the way it does, and ways to prevent injury were always a huge interest of mine.. so I went into my Kinesiology degree.
NOW was that ever difficult! So much information thrown at me, with so little time to memorize it. Now theres the issue.. memorize.
Rather than memorize, I wanted to UNDERSTAND. Unfortunately that didn't happen until my second degree where I became an Athletic Therapist and was taught in ways that allowed me to understand the body not just memorize.
That's what I'm here for! For those who don't just want to memorize but want to understand.

With 10 years of education and 5 years of working experience, I understand the INS and OUTS of anatomy, human movement, rehabilitation, etc.
Whether you are looking for the basics (bones, muscles, joints) such as a Kinesiology high school class.. or looking to understand what the Universities/Colleges expect of you, I am here to help!
