About Sigrid
Beer and beer brewing is a great passion for me and an area I have a lot of experience in. I started as a home brewer in 2012, and have since then worked:
- as a brewer at Daglighallen Mikrobryggeri and EC Dahls Bryggeri
- as a brewer at EC Dahls, where I held beer tastings - focus on, for example, beer styles and sensorics
- co-founder of Gløshaugen Bryggeforum, a brewing collaboration for students at NTNU, Gløshaugen, and founder of Invitro brewing - held several beer brewing courses for students
- scientific expertise in beer brewing from NTNU
Has held various courses since 2013, for many different people, from beginners to people with special interests. Can hold courses in, for example:
- beer brewing
- beer styles
- yeast
- hops
- water adjustment
- sensorics and beer tastings
- beer and history
