About Marianna
I'm a CELTA Certified English teacher and I've been teaching English for almost 10 years now. I've got experience with students of all backgrounds, from refugees to business professionals and of all levels, especially beginner and intermediate students. I love providing tailor-made lessons based on the student's needs and goals and I try to make my lessons as interactive as possible.

I've got extensive experience in creating customized methodologies that are student-centered and goal-oriented. I tend to use a communicative approach to allow the student practise as much as possible, but grammar and vocabulary sessions will be part of the program too. During the first lesson, there will be a placement test to help me evaluate the student's current English level and their language goals; I will then create a personalized monthly plan with activities to do in-between lessons. As well as that, the student will receive feedback after every sessions with strengths and improvement areas.
