About Abhinav

I am enthusiastic in promoting exercise in all age groups. I am a Personal Trainer. I have been in practice for over 7 years and during my years of practice, I have come across clients with different exercise goals ranging from weight loss, improvement in muscular strength and conditioning. I am glad to have been of great assistance with helping clients achieve their exercise goals. My strength is in my training style, which is safe, fun, and effective.

Perfect! Rishabh currently trains me virtually. He is very attentive very skilled and extremely engaging and knowledgable.
