About the lesson

Passionately driven towards Fitness and Nutritional Science, for the past 8 years, I have dedicated myself to transforming people’s lives.

At the age of 28, I’m a Fitness Coach, a Nutritionist and a Zumba Instructor.

Apart from the Qualifications, I’ve spent hours and years studying research papers and books and have kept myself up to date with every knowledge possible in Body science and nutritional research.

I also apply Ayurvedic tips to my client’s programs to make them more effective on a long-term basis, which will help them reach their body goals but will also help them to improve their skin texture.

My GOAL is to help as many people as possible with achieving their fitness goals, And I’m driven towards making it come true! I would love to see you become a part of this family and would be happy to guide you into every step towards transforming you into a better version of yourself.
