About Karthik
I am a trained and competitive kickboxing and Muay Thai athlete with multiple match wins in both disciplines. I have practical fight experience and a strong understanding of striking techniques and training methods. I have also served as the Vice President of K-1 Kickboxing, Thiruvallur District, where I gained experience in leadership, coaching support, and event coordination. My goal is to help students improve fitness, confidence, discipline, and self-defense through structured and safe training.

My kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai classes are designed for beginners, intermediate students, and competitive fighters. Training focuses on proper technique, footwork, striking combinations, conditioning, and self-defence skills. Sessions include warm-ups, pad work, bag work, strength training, and flexibility exercises. I provide structured training based on the student’s fitness level and goals, whether it is weight loss, confidence building, self-defence, or fight preparation. Safety, discipline, and correct form are always my priority. Personal and group sessions are available, and I also guide students on mindset, stamina, and consistency for long-term improvement.
