I have studied psychology and philosophy for roughly 4 years and I deeply value individual thought and personal development.
When working towards my certification as a life coach, the goal was to help students get to the root if their current struggles by self discovery, developing healthy thought processes, and setting goals in order to improve their perspectives and decision making ~

My approach as a life coach is to establish connection, trust, and to be as authentic as possible.
I guide my students into healthier mindsets and self development by using techniques in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and REBT
Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) — which assists in overcoming overwhelming emotions and behaviors associated with those emotions. We focus on your current circumstances and how to get to that "vision" of your future self. (:
I personally get to know the student and their reasons for coaching and slowly work through what it is they want out of life. We will talk through current struggles to get to the root of their circumstances and mindsets; then develop goals that will help improve their overall quality of life.
