About Lorraine
I’ve always been someone who wants to help and support others. Through my own life — from navigating anxiety, divorce, relationship and work challenges, moving across countries, and parenting — I’ve faced many different experiences that shaped who I am today. What’s carried me through has been a mix of research, personal growth, and the willingness to do the inner work: focusing on mental health, planning, and creating real change. That journey is what inspires me to teach and coach now — to share what I’ve learned, and to help others find their own clarity, structure, and strength as they move through life’s challenges.

Low Cost Life Coaching Sessions
I offer intuitive, holistic coaching that looks at all areas of life — blending insight with structure to help you create meaningful change. Sessions are 30 minutes and currently €10 only as I build my practice.
With a background in sociology, politics, and personal development, I draw on both life experience and ongoing study to support you in clarifying goals, finding balance, and moving forward with confidence.
