Hi, my name is Allison and I'm a former Spanish Interpreter. Been fluent in Spanish and English since I was 4 years old. I enjoy both languages as well as getting to know people and to be that barrier breaker for the community. Looking forward to helping you reinforce and absorb a new language!

The purpose of learning a language is to understand and be understood, and that’s where we start. I follow a context-based approach to language teaching. My students and I talk about our lives, create stories together, role-play, and learn about the world by discussing articles and videos in the target language. By acquiring language naturally in this way, students are best able to learn and retain vocabulary and grammatical structures.
