About Tiffany

I am a native Mandarin speaker with a passion for sharing my language. My proudest moments are seeing my students grow from total beginners to fluent speakers. I began my career teaching children and adults at a Mandarin school in London before moving into private tutoring. Now, I teach full-time and look forward to helping you enjoy your language-learning journey!

About the lesson

I do online and face-to-face classes for students aged from 5 years old and above. I lead face-to-face Mandarin Creative Workshops for children aged 1–4, combining storytelling, hands-on DIY activities, and playful language learning to spark curiosity and creativity in Hackney Wick.

I have known Tiffany for a long time as a close friend, and I’ve always been impressed by her patience, clarity, and passion for teaching. She has a natural ability to explain Mandarin in a simple and structured way, making even complex grammar or pronunciation feel easy to understand.

One thing I appreciate most about Tiffany’s teaching style is how she adapts lessons to each student’s level and learning goals. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, she knows how to adjust her pace and materials so you can progress comfortably and confidently.

We once practiced Mandarin conversation together regularly, and I could clearly see how thoughtful she is in correcting mistakes while keeping the learning environment relaxed and encouraging. I truly believe Tiffany is an excellent tutor who cares about her students’ improvement and learning experience.
