About Charlee
My knowledge spans both orthodox medicine and naturopathic health, allowing me to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and holistic healing. I’ve worked with clients to lose weight, restore balance in mind, body, and spirit, and understand how to activate their body’s natural self-healing capacity. My approach is rooted in safety, collaboration, and education — I often work alongside qualified medical and wellness practitioners to ensure every client receives comprehensive, responsible, and supportive care.

Outside of coaching, I love writing, lifelong learning, and guiding other practitioners through train-the-trainer programmes in wellness and holistic education.
