About Russell
I am a 50 year old father of two teen boys. I've always been into fitness and was pretty healthy until my 30's. I became a father and I was working a lot as a Detective Police Officer. I was overweight and struggling with my eating. I've done tons of crash diets that got me results but the results were short due to the unsustainable diets and exercise.
I hired a health coach and learned how to eat for me and my lifestyle.
Now at the age of 50 I am in the best shape of my life and I've been able to maintain this physique for many years all while going on vacations, dinners with friends, and time spend with my kids activities.
I was so inspired I went to school to learn about nutrition and personal training. I've been a health and fitness coach for over three years.

I coach individuals by tailoring nutrition and fitness plans to meet them at their current level and help them progress towards their goals. Firstly, I conduct a thorough assessment to understand their current habits, preferences, and challenges. Then, I work closely with them to set realistic and achievable goals, breaking down larger objectives into manageable steps. I emphasize the importance of tracking progress through methods like training diaries. Throughout the coaching process, I provide ongoing support, motivation, and education to empower individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes. By meeting people where they are at, I create personalized strategies that align with their needs, preferences, and capabilities, fostering long-term success in achieving their nutrition and fitness goals.
