About Florence
My interest in nutrition and health/well-being sparked during lockdown when I completed a starter course in 'Food as Medicine' with Monash University. I enjoyed this taster of the topic so much that I proceeded to study and complete a Level 5 Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I have completely fallen in love with learning about how to look after our body, mind, and health through nutritional therapy, and I want to help people do this also.

My lessons are online, but face -to-face sessions can be organized if student is within a 10 mile radius of my location.
These lessons aim to provide my students with the key principles of healthy living via making dietary changes to fit your nutritional needs, focusing on lifestyle alterations to reduce stress and promote relaxation, and to focus on creating a more positive outlook on yourself and life.
I make sure the sessions are easy to follow, informative and interesting which inspire you to reach your health goals.
