About Poojitha
I have been an athlete and now a fitness professional, though being in an industry that requires Physical Activity as work, I understand how challenging it is sometimes to Stay active with our busy schedules.
I want to help people achieve their Physical wellbeing with flexible scheduling options to fit with their convenient time.
We can workout within your gym setup, minimal equipment(dumbbells/resistant bands etc), or no equipment at all( Body weight).

I have 6 years of experience in the Fitness Industry. I Specialise in Weight management, Pre and Postnatal Fitness training, Sports Specific Training, Muscle building.
I am available online and trial class will be provided for free.
Trial class will include Fitness consultation- Interview on Lifestyle, Health history, Injuries (if any), Movement assessment and Goal setting.
