I am a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and nutrition consultant. I offer a wide range of personal plans for reduction of body fat, muscle definition, muscle mass gain, health and well-being. I want to help you to follow balanced and healthy diet, taking into account your intolerances and preferences. I am committed to organize individual exercise routines and teaching you how to do them correctly. I'm here to motivate you and monitor your results.
