About Oscar Onat

Welcome to the page of the world's best fitness trainer. Reaching your goals with me is so fun and easy.

I played 10 years basketball in college, 3 years american football in university , 15+ years in the fitness and nutrition industry.I participate in bodybuilding competitions 2-3 times a year.
I have been a certified trainer for in-person and online coaching since 2015. I have been helping both men and women get in shape, get comfortable in a gym atmosphere, gain confidence and improve physical, mental and emotional strength to become the best version of themselves.

About the lesson

For 15 years, I’ve learned from the world’s best coaches and tested everything on myself as a pro athlete. I made mistakes, learned a lot, and now I want to share that knowledge. Teaching and helping others comes naturally to me, thanks to my parents being teachers.
