Whether you are an advanced Pilates student or have never taken a Pilates class, I would love to guide you towards your personal fitness goals through Pilates!
As a professional ballet dancer and certified Pilates instructor, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of anatomy, movement, and the most effective teaching methods to build mobility and strength.
I believe that Pilates is for everyone, and my classes equip clients to move better and gain confidence in their physical health, no matter their previous level of experience. Classes are built methodically with proper progressions. I will ensure that classes are tailored to your specific health goals and preferences.
