About Cara
Since the age of 16, I have been strength training with a personal trainer, and I have taken classes in Body pump, Yoga, exercise bike and TRX with Les Mills. Passionate about fitness, I wanted to embark on a sports career. So I obtained a diploma from the international institution, SPI (Sport Performance Institute) as well as a certificate from The Red Cross. Currently, I have been teaching professional fitness classes for two years.

First of all, I would like to get to know you, listen to your stories, your goals and your ambitions. We all started sport following a personal experience, an event that marked us or for health reasons. Whatever the reason, I'm here to help and encourage you to achieve your goal. It wasn't easy for me to get into fitness, but with a lot of help and encouragement from the right people, I got there. And you can too. I will always be at your disposal. I teach online. We could do individual lessons or group lessons, for 2 or 3 people. With or without equipment, I will always give you exercises that will constitute a challenge. I will build a program that suits your goals: abs, glutes, legs, arms ... The sessions last one hour, and the first will be offered. Feel free to contact me for more information
