About Hope
I am an experienced structured literacy interventionist for students experiencing difficulty reading English and breaking the English language code. I have experience with many students learning English as a secondary or tertiary language from school age through adult. I am a dyslexia advocate.

I use Cardinal Reading Strategies system and Recipe for Reading curriculum as a foundation for tutoring. I am certified through the state of Maryland to teach reading at all school levels. Please contact me for specific questions about phonemic awareness development or curriculum questions.
