About Julietta
Hi, I’m Julie - a certified Reiki practitioner, embodiment teacher, and holistic wellness coach based in Costa Rica.
My work focuses on supporting people in reconnecting with themselves, restoring balance, and creating a sense of calm and clarity. I integrate Reiki with a wider understanding of mind-body practices, including coaching, yoga, breathwork, and embodiment work.
My clients often describe my sessions as deeply calming, grounding, and supportive. I create a safe and nurturing space where you can relax, let go, and allow your body to restore its natural balance.
Alongside my holistic practice, I bring over 12 years of experience in high-pressure corporate environments, giving me a strong understanding of stress, burnout, and the importance of sustainable well-being.

I offer private Reiki sessions, both in person in Costa Rica and online worldwide, designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that works with the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Sessions are deeply calming and can help release tension, reduce stress, and support emotional clarity.
A typical session includes a short check-in, guided relaxation, and energy work, followed by time for reflection and integration. Each session is personalised to your needs and intention.
This work is especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low in energy, or in need of rest and recalibration.
