It's so nice to connect with you in this space. Thank you for being here.
My name is Natasha and I've been on a journey of exploration and self-discovery over the past 8 years.
Along my journey, I've learned and integrated useful tools and techniques that have helped me navigate being a human on earth.
Modalities that I love and use on a daily basis: EFT Tapping, Reiki, Drawing, Signing, Dance, Movement, Breathwork, Sound Frequencies, Journaling, Silence in Nature, Meditation.
The world and the mind can feel like an intense place, which is why I'm passionate about being a guiding and healing light for others.
My deepest desire is to be of service and help others after years of going within and working on myself.
