About Uzair
I am a dedicated relaxation teacher specializing in helping individuals reduce stress, restore inner calm, and cultivate mental and physical well-being. With a background in yoga, meditation, breathwork, fat loss I offer tailored sessions using evidence-based relaxation techniques such as guided meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, mindful breathing, and visualization. My approach is gentle, inclusive, and centered on creating a safe space where students can unwind, reconnect with themselves, and develop lifelong skills for resilience and emotional balance. I work with individuals and groups in both in-person and virtual formats, offering classes, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. --
