About the lesson

Frequency of the sessions will be as per the individual fitness levels.
Main focus will be to achieve the best results without affecting the daily routines of the clients.
Sessions will be consisting of a number of physical training activities in the beginning and gradually developing the standards to specificity.
During the sessions keep one yoga mat and one water bottle always by your side. Rest I will convey if any equipment required in future.
