About Prachi Singh
I wish to teach Surya Namaskar because I believe it is a simple yet powerful practice that can bring movement, discipline, and mindfulness into everyday life. I enjoy helping people learn each step correctly and at their own pace. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share something I genuinely value while encouraging others to develop a healthy and consistent practice. I aim to make every session friendly, comfortable, and motivating.

I offer personalized 1-to-1 sessions tailored to your pace and experience, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve your existing practice. I am certified by Sri Sri School of Yoga and the Quality Council of India (QCI), and my focus is on making every session clear, enjoyable, and sustainable so you can confidently build Surya Namaskar into your daily routine.
