About Monta

I have utilized my love for teaching in many educational scenarios, such as my roles as an Information Specialist and a volunteer Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Instructor, which granted me the opportunity to interact with people from culturally diverse backgrounds since 2015. In April of 2021, I received my certificate in TESOL from UCLA, which aids in my goal to further helping you on your educational journey. Since the capturing of my TESOL certificate, I have done ESL volunteering for Grassroots ESL located in Arcadia, California and look to continue my tutor efforts to help you on your educational journey.

About the lesson

I believe in presenting lessons that are meaningful and resonating with the students to assist them in the development of the academic and social divisions of language learning. Five components are used to illustrate the classroom experience. These class components are the creating a positive learning environment, 65 % teacher-centered: 35 % student-centered, which establishes my leadership role while guiding students through learning lessons & promoting independence, &, finally using engaging class activities which helps create more learning options for the students.
