About Shamsher
I am certified TESOL teacher. I have been teaching to ESL students since 2011. I love teaching English specially tenses, grammar, group discussion. I enjoy when I see my students learning and improving English. I am social person and I I enjoy teaching English because it's special – it gives students a voice. I show students that words are powerful things: they're the things that influence people, that instigate change in the world.

Students are humans, too. They differ from each other in their preferences. My personal approach is very simple, Know you student first and then plan your lesson, rather plan your lesson in advanced.
