About Blanck
I am a certified tutor through the College Reading & Learning Association's International Tutor Training Program (Level 1) with a Master of Social Work, a Master of Divinity, and a graduate certificate in Human-Animal-Environment Interactions. I have experience tutoring in social sciences, career and personal development, and working with neurodiverse students. As someone with dyslexia and other invisible disabilities and a first-generation master's graduate, I am dedicated to making education and career development accessible to all. I believe that everyone, regardless of being neurodiverse or neurotypical, disabled or able-bodied, deserves a meaningful and dignified career that meets their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs. Some fun facts about me are that I have a one-year-old lab mix who is a therapy dog and has done some animal-assisted therapy activities and a six-year-old blind and deaf lionhead-lop mix rabbit. I also enjoy kayaking, hiking, and snowshoeing.

I take a Universal Design for Learning approach to tutoring, focusing on personalized strategies that cater to each student’s unique learning style. By adapting my methods to fit individual needs, especially for neurodiverse students aged late teens to mid-30s, I aim to set them up for long-term success. My goal is to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that empowers students to achieve their educational and career goals.
